Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to request a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in the original packaging with all tags and the invoice included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours. Ensure the package is sealed before handing it over.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive the item and pass the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
